Weekly Classes


During the class you can expect to increase your flexibility, strength and experience inner peace and a sense of well being. We work to ease back, knee, hip, shoulder, neck problems and also stomach and other health issues. Being Well Yoga Therapy - a space to work with and soften physical pain or emotional stress;  knee, neck/should, back or stomach issues in particular.  Sessions at the pace of work or home or in West London W10.

Stretching and mindful breathing for pregnant women includes breath and posture work to  prepare for labour towards birth.
