Weekly Classes

 

During the class you can expect to increase your flexibility, strength and experience inner peace and a sense of well being. We work to ease back, knee, hip, shoulder, neck problems and also stomach and other health issues. All levels welcome.  Please register your interest by clicking the appropriate register box.  Instructions for paying in advance will be e mailed to you.

 Gentle Yoga 

if you are new to yoga, or if you are dealing with health issues this is the class for you

14th January 2019 - 25th February 6.45 - 7.45pm £70 or £12 drop in.

 

Intermediate class: 

8th January - 9th April 2019 £182 for whole term / £16 drop in

Being Well Yoga Therapy - a space to work with and soften physical pain or emotional stress;  knee, neck/should, back or stomach issues in particular.  Sessions at the pace of work or home or in West London W10.
